Project Work

We have on going contracts with many clients involving audits and due diligence work but also carry out more specific project work. These might be around attaining BRCGS certification but increasingly are around sustainable issues such as sustainable packaging choices and sustainable considerations in supply chains.

For example, we carried out a series of reports for a client on the opportunities and limitations of glass light-weighting for still and sparkling wine.

If you have a project you'd like help with please contact us to see if we can help. We love a challenge!

Training and Support

At Grape to Shelf Consulting  we believe that sharing (and growing), our knowledge is important. Technical Managers within wine businesses often work independently and not as part of a team and there can be limited opportunities to share knowledge, discuss issues, or to be trained by other team members.

Having the opportunity to discuss problems, emerging issues, and wider industry challenges with someone outside of the business, may not only be helpful for Technical Managers, it may also benefit the business as a whole.

The wine industry needs people with good technical knowledge. It's important to ensure knowledge is current, learning ongoing and that experience is shared. Grape to Shelf Consulting can assist by offering training and or support on a regular or ad hoc basis.
